For a flawless finish, first prep your skin by applying a small amount of Delilah Under Wear Primer. Apply one dab of Time Frame Foundation to your fingertips. Apply to forehead and center of face, blending outwards. Control the intensity of coverage with your fingertips. For a perfect finish, use the Delilah Foundation Kabuki Brush.
