A contract is concluded when:
- You create a shopping cart,
- You choose the delivery address and payment method,
- You confirm that you have read the rules,
- You pay for the order.

Yes, you can pick up your order at our online store address – Naugarduko g. 29, Vilnius. When placing your order, please indicate that you want to pick it up yourself.

During delivery, together with the courier:
- check the status of the shipment,
- mark the violations on the shipment transfer document,
- write a report of the violation.
Failure to do so may result in claims for external damage being rejected.

Yes. You can cancel the contract and return a product of suitable quality within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
Except in cases where exceptional return conditions are clearly indicated for the product or the product does not belong to the category of returnable goods (e.g. hygiene and health products, if unpacked; individually ordered goods; goods that are mixed with other products after delivery).

How to return an item?
How to return an item?
Within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, please write to us by e-mail at uzsakymai@molecule.lt and provide:
- order number,
- your first and last name,
- the name of the returned product,
- a brief reason for the return (not required, but helps us improve).
Send the item back within 14 days of submitting the request. Returns are always made via parcel machine or courier — depending on how you received the package. You don't need to print anything — we will take care of the return documents:
- Omniva — we send you a return code. Once you enter it at the parcel machine, the sticker is printed automatically.
- Venipak — when ordering clothes, we send you a return label, which you stick on the package and place in the parcel machine. When returning goods of other categories, we send the label to the e-mail address you provided.
- DPD (courier) — we call a courier to the specified address.
Important: In all return cases, please contact us first by email — we will instruct you on how to proceed with the return based on the delivery of your order.

- unused, undamaged,
- with all accessories, instructions and documents.

The money will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Paid orders cannot be canceled, as they are immediately processed and shipped. Unpaid orders are automatically canceled within 24 hours if the customer does not contact us regarding payment.
