Biogena Siebensalz® Magnesium delivers seven magnesium compounds. With this, Biogena product development has created a capsule with an ideal mixture of various soluble and magnesium-rich compounds. This provides a good magnesium supply – regardless of the pH situation in the gastrointestinal tract.

Usage: take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day on an empty stomach, with plenty of liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Store out of reach of children, in a cool, dark, dry place, at room temperature.
High magnesium intake can have a laxative effect. Therefore, when taking high amounts of magnesium, the magnesium intake should be evenly distributed throughout the day. Magnesium can also interfere with iron absorption. If you are taking iron supplements at the same time, it is recommended to take a magnesium supplement 2-3 hours after taking iron supplements.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
