Take 1 capsule twice a day with meals, 1 capsule with breakfast, the second with lunch.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children, in a cool, dry place. Do not purchase or use if the packaging is damaged. If you are sick, taking medication for thyroid dysfunction, consult a doctor before using the food supplement.
