The daily dose of one drop provides 2000 I.U. vitamin D3 and 25µg vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 occurs with side chains of different lengths, which influence how well the vitamin is absorbed by the body. Menaquinone-7, abbreviated to MK-7, is by far the most effective variant of vitamin K2 and is used by us in the form of the branded raw material K2VITAL®.
In BIOGENA SPORTS D3 & K2 liquid, vitamin D3 and K2 are dissolved in high-quality MCT carrier oil made from coconut. The integrated pipette makes the drops easy to dose.
