L-glutamine is the main component of the pool of free amino acids in the blood plasma with a quantity share of about 20 %, whereby the highest concentration can be found in the muscles. Glutamine is therefore one of the most important amino acids in the human body and, as a building block of muscle tissue, it is significantly involved in protein synthesis, but also represents an important substrate for the cells of the gastrointestinal tract. During intensive training, the content of L-glutamine can decrease considerably, which is why supplementation can be helpful for people who want to optimise their training performance.

Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a large amount of water (250-300 ml) and drink. Can be used daily.
