Slippery elm (Ulmus rubra) inner bark powder, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root deglycyrrhizinated extract 4:1 (i.e. extract from which glycyrrhizic acid has been removed), gamma oryzanol (derived from rice husks), sunflower (Helianthus annuus) lecithin powder, marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) root extract 5:1, rice husks, zinc citrate.

Take 2 heaped teaspoons (about 3 g) daily. Mix the powder well with water, juice, or add to smoothies. Take before meals. The daily dose can be divided: take one teaspoon before breakfast and one before lunch.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep out of the reach of children, in a cool place.
Do not purchase or use if the packaging is damaged or the expiration date has passed.
