Magnesium bisglycinate, lemon balm ( Melissa officinalis ) antler powder, green tea ( Camellia sinesis ) extract (source of L-theanine), sour cherry ( Prunus cerasus ) berry powder, hop (Humulus lupulus ) flower powder, L-taurine, Malpighia glabra fruit extract.

Preparation: dissolve the powder in water, smoothie or other beverage.
Dosage: Take 2.2 g (1 teaspoon) daily 1 hour before bedtime. Do not take on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool place.
If you are sick or taking medication (e.g. antidepressants, etc.), consult your doctor or pharmacist about taking a dietary supplement.
The daily intake of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate should be less than 800 mg. You should not take it if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. The dietary supplement should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age.
