For optimal results, use this sheet mask in the evening. Start with 1 time per week and gradually increase to more frequent use, observing how your skin tolerates retinol. Recommended use 3-4 times per week. Remove the mask from the protective film. Apply the mask to clean, dry and toned facial skin, gently applying to the contours. After 15-20 minutes, remove the mask and massage the remaining essence into the skin. To avoid skin sensitivity, gently rinse your face in the morning and apply sunscreen.
