Quercetin Phytoactive Gold offers the "king of flavonoids" as the branded raw material Quercefit®, which, according to a comparative study, has 20 times the bioavailability of conventional quercetin. Quercefit® owes this to a purely plant-based technological innovation: the flavonoid is coated with phospholipids from sunflower. This patented Phytosome® technology enables optimal bioavailability and proves that not all quercetin is the same!
Flavonoids belong to the polyphenols and are valuable plant constituents that are the focus of research. Quercetin is thought to play a role in anti-aging processes, stress and fatigue situations, and respiratory and immune health, in addition to its antioxidant potential.
Scientific studies support the health-promoting properties of Quercefit®:
- Quercefit® can optimize athletic performance and physical recovery: A controlled study of 48 triathletes examined the efficacy of 250 mg of Quercefit® twice daily after a triathlon (sprint distance). Quercefit® maintained statistically significant physical resistance in the athletes and oxidative stress was significantly lower than that of the control group (Riva et al. 2018.)
- Human studies show that Quercefit® has a beneficial effect on allergic symptoms: In a randomized pilot study, 58 patients with mild to moderate asthma and rhinitis received 250-500 mg of Quercefit® during the allergy season for supplemental treatment. Quercefit® reduced the frequency of symptoms by up to 50% during the day and by up to 70% at night and significantly improved respiratory function (Cesarone et al. 2019).

Usage: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening. Take the food supplement with meals and plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
