Quercetin (from Japanese sophora), capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnifood complex: lyophilized (freeze-dried) stinging nettle leaf powder, lyophilized (freeze-dried) turmeric root powder, lyophilized (freeze-dried) black elderberry flower powder; magnesium L-ascorbate, bromelain.

For adults, take 1-2 capsules 1-2 times a day, preferably between meals.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep out of the reach of children, in a cool place, at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C.
