Plantain (Plantago ovata) husks, fructooligosaccharides (from chicory (Cichorium intybus) roots) (FOS), inulin (from chicory (Cichorium intybus) roots), domestic plum (Prunus domestica) fruit juice powder (1:2.5), pectin (from apples), viable bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60, CUL-21), Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20) and Bifidobacterium lactis (CUL-34).

Mix 2 teaspoons (about 10 g) with 200 ml of water. Take once a day with a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in the refrigerator. Protect from direct sunlight and heat. There is a desiccant (small orange capsule) inside the package that absorbs moisture. After opening, it is recommended to leave the desiccant in the package. Do not purchase if the food supplement package is damaged. If you become ill due to taking a food supplement, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not take the food supplement if you are planning a pregnancy, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
