Viable bacteria powder (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum), inulin (from chicory roots), capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum thickener.

1 capsule 2 times a day approximately 30 minutes before meals. Drink plenty of liquid. If you are taking medication (e.g. antibiotics), take the food supplement only after 2-3 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Store out of the reach of children, in a cool, dark, dry place at room temperature. Protect from heat. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Suitable for vegans.
