Usage:
1. Remove the FIX device and micro USB cable from the box.
2. Connect the FIX device to a USB port to begin safe charging. Charge the device for 4 hours before first use . Keep it on a countertop away from any water source. When the device is properly connected to charge, you will hear a short pulse. The white LED light will flash to indicate that your FIX device is charging. The light will remain on when the device is fully charged.
Note: The FIX device cannot be used while it is charging , and do not turn it on while charging.
3. Important: Test your skin to ensure you are not sensitive to NuFACE® Microcurrent Water Gel Activator. To do this, apply a coin-sized amount of product to your forearm and leave for 15-30 minutes before rinsing. If you experience an allergic reaction (rash, redness, etc.), contact NuFACE® immediately for recommendations on an alternative to NuFACE® Microcurrent Water Gel Activator. You should not begin using the FIX® device until any reaction to NuFACE® Microcurrent Water Gel Activator has resolved.
- When your FIX device is turned on, it will make a buzzing sound and the white LED lights will light up. Note: There is only one intensity level for the device.
- Important: Always make sure that the 2 spheres of the device are in direct contact with the skin at all times. Avoid pulling or tugging the skin when using the device.
- The FIX device will emit 3 quick pulses when it is time to charge.
Note: The FIX device will not contract muscles. The current is soft, soothing and gentle when the device is used correctly.
