Take 30 ml per day (use a measuring cup). Shake well before use.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 14 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature. Protect from heat. Food supplement without dyes, without preservatives, without gluten, without lactose.
