Mix 1 scoop of powder with 200-300ml of water and mix well or pour into a bottle and shake well. Drink 15-30 min. before sports. For greater sports intensity, you can use 2 scoops. Storage conditions: at a temperature not exceeding +25 degrees, out of the reach of children.
