L-glutamine, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60, CUL-21), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (CUL-63), anti-caking agents silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20) and Bifidobacterium lactis (CUL-34).

Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with food.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in the refrigerator. Protect from direct sunlight and heat. There is a desiccant (small orange capsule) inside the package that absorbs moisture. After opening, it is recommended to leave the desiccant in the package. Do not purchase if the food supplement package is damaged. If you are sick due to the use of a food supplement, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
