Calcium salts of citric acid, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium L-ascorbate, choline bitartrate, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate, zinc citrate, calcium D-pantothenate, nicotinamide, methylcobalamin, sodium riboflavin-5′-phosphate, thiamine hydrochloride, lycopene (from table tomato extract), L-selenomethionine, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract 10:1, cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7, inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid, retinyl acetate, manganese gluconate, sodium borate, chromium picolinate, sodium borate, D-biotin, (6 S )-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide.

Take 3 capsules per day with meals. Take 2 capsules with breakfast, 1 capsule with lunch. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children, in a cool, dry place. Do not purchase or use if the package is damaged. If you are sick, taking anticoagulants, consult your doctor about using the food supplement. Do not take the food supplement if you are planning a pregnancy, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Long-term consumption of vitamin B6 in large quantities (more than 10 mg per day) may cause mild tingling and numbness. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
