Consume 1.2 ml of the product per day, mixed with water or juice during or after meals. Replacement dose: enough for 1.5 months. (1.2 ml per day). Maintenance dose: enough for 4 months. (0.4 ml per day). Warnings: Shake the bottle before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Storage conditions : at a temperature not exceeding +25 degrees, out of the reach of children.
