Magnesium L-ascorbate, elderberry (Sambucus nigra) berry extract 7:1, sweeteners xylitol and steviol glycosides derived from stevia, blueberry (Vaccinium sp.) extract, blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) berry powder, blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) berry extract, wrinkled blackberry (Rubus fruticosus) berry extract, raspberry (Rubus idaeus) berry powder, garden strawberry (Fragaria ananassa) powder, L-lysine hydrochloride, sage (Salvia officinalis) leaf powder, natural raspberry, strawberry and blackcurrant flavors, beta-glucans (1.3/1.6) derived from yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), zinc citrate, retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol.

Instruction
Dissolve 10 g of powder (3 teaspoons) in water, milk or juice. Can be taken daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Consuming large amounts may cause diarrhea.
Store out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool place, at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight.
Contains vitamin A. If you are sick, pregnant, or planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this supplement.
The package contains a desiccant that absorbs moisture. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
