Morning and/or evening. Shake well before use. Dispense a few drops onto clean, dry palms (or cotton pads) and gently pat onto face, neck and décolleté until fully absorbed. Follow with your favorite Current State serum and moisturizer. If using as part of your morning routine, be sure to apply SPF.
