Hifas-Menopause is a food supplement that combines Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Probiotics, Ashwagandha, and Green Tea, carefully selected for their researched benefits and potential role in supporting hormone regulation.

*Contains Vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and contributes to normal psychological function. Hifas-Menopause is a natural supplement in capsules designed to help relieve the symptoms associated with menopause and pre-menopause. It contains probiotics, vitamins, Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Ashwagandha and Green Tea.

The trio of mushrooms selected in this formula (Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps) are amongst the most well known and scientifically studied, as well as Ashwagandha and Green Tea to support general wellbeing.

Adults take 2 capsules per day with meals.
