Adults take 2 capsules per day with meals.

Daily intake of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate should be less than 800 mg. You should not use if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. You should not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and children under 18 years of age. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before using this supplement.
