Before use, thoroughly exfoliate skin, moisturizing dry or rough areas including knees, elbows, ankles and feet. Using a tanning glove, apply in sections, starting at the ankles and working upwards, using a circular motion. Wait until skin is dry before getting dressed. Avoid contact with water for 3-5 hours, then rinse. To prolong and maintain your tan, moisturize daily, exfoliate regularly and reapply.
