Before use, thoroughly exfoliate skin, moisturizing dry or rough areas including knees, elbows, ankles and feet. Using a tanning glove, apply in sections, starting at the ankles and working your way up. Wait until skin is dry before getting dressed. Allow tan to develop for 20 to 90 minutes, then rinse. The longer you leave the product on, the deeper the color will be. To prolong and maintain your tan, moisturize daily, exfoliate regularly and reapply.
