Magnesium salts of citric acid, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium L-ascorbate, rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaf extract 4:1, choline bitartrate, iron citrate, calcium D-pantothenate, nicotinamide, zinc citrate, methylcobalamin, thiamine hydrochloride, sodium riboflavin-5′-phosphate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate, antioxidant ascorbyl palmitate, D-biotin, L-selenomethionine, chromium picolinate, sodium molybdate, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract 4:1, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, rice fiber, inositol, cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7, retinyl acetate, manganese gluconate, sodium borate, bulking agent cellulose, potassium iodide, copper citrate, calcium L-methylfolate.

Take 3 capsules per day. Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 1 capsule with dinner.

Should not be taken on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool place.

The daily intake of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate should be less than 800 mg. You should not take it if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. The dietary supplement should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age.

If you are sick or taking anticoagulants, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this supplement. This supplement contains iron, which in large quantities may have adverse effects on young children.
