Before first use, download the FAQ™ Swiss mobile app to your smartphone to unlock and register your device. Follow these simple steps:
Download the FAQ™ Swiss app to your mobile phone. Log in to your account or create a new one. Select “Add device” (at the top of the screen). Select your device series. Follow the app instructions and enter your purchase information.
FAQ™ 221 LED Hand Mask Usage:
The back of your hand should be clean and dry. Place the FAQ™ 221 LED mask on the back of your hand and secure it with the chain. Press the universal power button to turn on the mask. You can change the LED colors by quickly pressing the button again.
You can also control the mask and select ready-made treatments in the FAQ™ Swiss app. Enjoy LED therapy for up to 15 minutes. When finished, repeat the treatment on the other hand. To turn off, long press the power button (3 sec.). It is recommended to use the mask for 5-15 min. per hand, 3-5 times a week. Do not tighten the chain too tightly, as this may damage the mask. Do not use hand care products containing silicones, acids or photosensitizing ingredients (e.g. Vitamin A / Retinol, AHA, benzoyl peroxide, vitamin C) during LED therapy.
Clean the mask thoroughly after each use. Dampen a soft cloth with warm water and wipe the silicone surface. For best results, first spray with Foreo “FAQ™ Silicone Cleaning Spray,” then wipe thoroughly with a damp cloth.
Warning : The mask is not waterproof - do not wash under running water.
Do not use cleaners with alcohol, gasoline, or acetone — they can cause skin irritation and damage the silicone.
