What makes it so powerful:

Before first use, download the FAQ™ Swiss mobile app to your smartphone to unlock and register your device. Follow these simple steps:
Download the FAQ™ Swiss app to your mobile phone. Log in to your account or create a new one. Select “Add device” (at the top of the screen). Select your device series. Follow the app instructions and enter your purchase information.
FAQ™ 211 LED Neck and Décolleté Mask Usage:
Cleanse your neck and décolleté area - the skin should be clean and dry. If desired, apply Foreo “FAQ™ primer” to your neck and décolleté area. Place the FAQ™ 211 LED mask on the front of your neck and décolleté or on your neck and upper back. Attach and secure with the gold-colored chain. Press the universal power button to turn on the mask. By quickly pressing the button again — you can change the colors of the LED lights. You can also control the mask and choose from ready-made programs in the FAQ™ Swiss app. Enjoy LED therapy for up to 15 minutes while continuing your daily activities — the mask does not restrict movement at all. When finished, long press (3 seconds) the power button to turn off the mask. Recommended use 5-15 minutes, 3-5 times a week.
Do not tighten the gold chain too tightly - this may damage the mask.
If you use your own skincare products — avoid those that contain silicones, acids, or photosensitizing ingredients (e.g., vitamin A/retinol, AHA, benzoyl peroxide, vitamin C).
FAQ™ 211 Care: Clean the mask thoroughly after each use. Dampen a soft cloth with warm water and wipe the silicone surface. For best results, first spray with Foreo “FAQ™ Silicone Cleaning Spray,” then wipe thoroughly with a damp cloth. Warning: The mask is not waterproof — do not wash under running water. Do not use cleaners containing alcohol, benzine, or acetone — they can cause skin irritation and damage the silicone.
