Before first use, download the FAQ™ Swiss mobile app to your smartphone to unlock and register your device. Follow these simple steps:
Download the FAQ™ Swiss app to your mobile phone. Log in to your account or create a new one. Select “Add device” (at the top of the screen). Select your device series. Follow the app instructions and enter your purchase information.
FAQ™ 202 LED Face Mask Usage:
Cleanse your face — skin should be clean and dry. If desired, apply Foreo “FAQ™ Red Light Peptide” serum. Then put on the FAQ™ 202 silicone LED face mask and secure with the headband. Press the universal power button. You can change the LED light colors by briefly pressing the button again. You can also select preset programs and advanced settings via the FAQ™ Swiss mobile app. Enjoy the LED facial treatment for up to 15 minutes, while you can continue with your daily activities. When finished — hold the button down for 3 seconds to turn the device off. Use the LED face mask for 5–15 minutes, 3–5 times a week.
It is recommended to use Foreo “FAQ™ Red Light Peptide” serum, specially designed for LED treatments. However, you can also choose your own facial care products. Avoid products with: silicones, acids (AHA, BHA, etc.), photosensitive ingredients such as: Vitamin A, Retinol / retinoids, Benzoyl peroxide, Vitamin C.
Do not overtighten the headband — this may damage the silicone mask.
Clean your FAQ™ LED Mask thoroughly after each use. For best results, we recommend spraying the mask with FAQ™ Silicone Cleaner. spray. Then dampen a soft towel or cloth with warm water and wipe away any remaining dirt. Important: This device is not fully waterproof, so do not wash it under running water. Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol, benzine or acetone - they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone.
