Before first use, download the FAQ™ Swiss mobile app to your smartphone to unlock and register your device. Follow these simple steps:
Download the FAQ™ Swiss app to your mobile phone. Log in to your account or create a new one. Select “Add device” (at the top of the screen). Select your device series. Follow the app instructions and enter your purchase information.
FAQ™ 201 LED Face Mask Usage:
Start with clean, dry skin and apply FAQ™ primer if desired. Then place the FAQ™ 201 Silicone LED Facial Mask on your face and secure with the headband. Press the power button to turn on the mask. To change the LED colors, briefly press the button again. Enjoy your LED facial for up to 15 minutes while continuing with your daily activities. When finished, press the universal power button for 3 seconds to turn off the mask.
Recommended use: 5-15 minutes, 3-5 times a week.
Warning: Do not overtighten the headband - you may damage the silicone mask.
Clean your FAQ™ LED Mask thoroughly after each use. For best results, we recommend spraying the mask with FAQ™ Silicone Cleaning Spray. Then, dampen a soft towel or cloth with warm water and wipe away any remaining dirt.
Important: This device is not fully waterproof, so do not wash it under running water. Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol, benzine or acetone - they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone.
