Use with a professional training guide and customizable modes in the FAQ™ Swiss app. The device is designed for daily use at home, morning and evening, allowing you to achieve professional-level results.
Safety instructions:
The device must be completely dry before starting the procedure. Do not use on the thyroid area, eyeball or areas directly above and below the eye. The movement of the device over the skin surface must be continuous, do not stop under any circumstances when using the Power-RF function.
Device registration and first use:
Download the FAQ™ app. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and connect the device via the power button. Sync the device with the app on your phone and set the desired settings.
Preparation for the procedure:
Thoroughly cleanse and dry your face and neck. Apply Foreo "FAQ™ P1 primer" in a thin, even layer to all areas where you plan to use the device. It is important to leave a thin layer of P1 on the surface of the skin so that the device glides easily.
Device activation and settings:
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The indicator lights below the button indicate the Power-RF (radio frequency) intensity level. You can change the intensity using the + and - buttons. Initial mode: “Basic” - only the 5 lowest intensity levels are available. To use the “Pro” mode and clinical intensity levels, you must first complete professional training via the app. Each time you press the LED button, the LED-Pulse light changes color. Pressing it again turns the light off. In the app, under Device Settings, you can choose which LED colors are relevant to you so that the device only uses them.
Performing the procedure:
Gently place the base of the device against your face so that all five corners of the gold plate are in constant contact with your skin. Slowly move the device in small circles or straight lines over each area of your face, as shown in the How To Use videos provided in the app.
Turning off the device:
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the device. Gently massage the remaining cream into the skin or rinse.
