Directions: Take 1 capsule daily before meals with a small amount of liquid. Do not chew the capsules. Up to 3 capsules can be taken daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep out of reach of children, in a cool, dark, dry place, at room temperature. Protect from heat.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
