Crushed plantain seed husks, papaya melon fruit concentrate, crushed flaxseed, yarrow root extract, magnesium salts of citric acid, viable lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium breve, Streptococcus thermophilus) powder, crushed peppermint leaves, licorice root extract, crushed fennel seeds.
1 sachet (7.5 g) contains 1.5 billion (1.5 x 109)* CFU (colony forming units) of viable lactic acid bacteria.

Take 1 sachet (7.5 g) per day 30-50 minutes before meals.
Preparation : dissolve 1 sachet in a glass of water (0.2 l) and drink immediately.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep out of reach of children, in a cool, dark place, at room temperature. Suitable for vegetarians.
