Add two (25 g) scoops to 350 ml of water, milk (coconut, almond or rice) or juice and shake well. Alternatively, you can make a smoothie with yogurt, fruit and berries. Take 1 - 3 times a day depending on your daily routine or activity. Can be used by adults and children from 4 years of age.
