Sweetener xylitol, apricot and vanilla flavors, magnesium salts of citric acid, calcium salts of citric acid, magnesium L-ascorbate, choline bitartrate, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate, zinc citrate, calcium D-pantothenate, nicotinamide, L-selenomethionine, sodium riboflavin-5′-phosphate, thiamine hydrochloride, inositol, methylcobalamin, chromium picolinate, retinyl acetate, manganese gluconate, cholecalciferol, menaquinone, D-biotin, para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), calcium-L-methylfolate, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide.

Instruction
Take daily with meals. For children 3-8 years old – one level teaspoon (about 5 g). For children 9 years and older – two level teaspoons (about 10 g).
The dietary supplement can be mixed with cool drinks or sprinkled on food.
Consuming large amounts may cause diarrhea.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place.
Do not purchase or use if the packaging is damaged. If you are sick, consult your doctor about taking the supplement. Long-term use of vitamin B6 in large amounts (more than 10 mg per day) may cause mild tingling and numbness.
