Take daily with meals. For children 3-5 years old – half a teaspoon (about 2.5 g). For children 5 years old and older – one level teaspoon (about 5 g). Consuming large amounts may cause diarrhea. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place. Do not purchase or use if the packaging is damaged. If you are sick, consult a doctor before using this dietary supplement. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
