The vitamins thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6, biotin, vitamin B12 and vitamin C as well as the mineral magnesium contribute to normal psychological function. Vitamins A, C, D, B6 and B12 as well as the minerals zinc, copper and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system. The vitamins riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 as well as the mineral magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins C, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 as well as the minerals calcium, magnesium, copper and manganese contribute to normal energy metabolism. Calcium, magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function.
