- Zinc supports natural fertility and reproduction.
- Vitamin B6 helps to regulate hormonal activity.
- The supplementary intake of folic acid increases the maternal folate status. A low folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the developing fetus. Women who wish to have children are therefore recommended to supplement with 400 µg of folic acid at an early stage, but no later than one month before the onset of pregnancy, and to continue to do so for 12 weeks after the onset of pregnancy.

Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with plenty of liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Women with diabetes, breast cancer, or a family history of breast cancer should consult their doctor or pharmacist before using a dietary supplement containing turner's milk thistle. Women planning a pregnancy are advised to use the dietary supplement until pregnancy is confirmed.
Do not take this supplement if you are breastfeeding or under 18 years of age. Keep out of reach of children, in a cool, dark, dry place at room temperature. Protect from heat. No preservatives. No lactose. No fructose.
