Take 3 capsules 2 times a day with meals and plenty of liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool place.
Should not be taken on an empty stomach.
The daily intake of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate should be less than 800 mg. You should not take it if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. The dietary supplement should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age.
