Before first use, download the FOREO For You app to register your device and activate its warranty.
Make sure both your skin and BEAR™ are clean and dry. Then, evenly distribute your chosen FOREO facial product, leaving a thin, mask-like layer on the surface of your skin.
Select settings: Press the multi-function button in the middle of the device to turn on the device. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quickly pressing the button - one press corresponds to one level. You can find visual instructions and additional settings using the FOREO app.
Smooth and plump: Gently press both metal balls against your skin and slowly glide the device around your eye socket, around your mouth area, and across your forehead as needed. To plump your lips, lightly tap and glide the metal balls around the lip contour.
Make sure both balls are constantly touching your skin, apply light pressure and use your chosen technique to tighten and smooth your skin.
