Magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium L-ascorbate, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, black eleutherococcus (Eleutherococcus senticosus / Siberian ginseng) root powder, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root powder, calcium D-pantothenate, rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola rosea) root extract 10:1, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, antioxidant L-ascorbyl palmitate, Ganoderma Lucidum / Reishi fruiting body extract 15:1, rice bran, chromium picolinate. The food supplement contains licorice - people with hypertension should use it in moderation.

Take 2 capsules daily with meals. Take 1 capsule with breakfast, 1 capsule with lunch.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children, in a cool, dry place. Do not purchase or use if the packaging is damaged. If you become ill due to the use of a food supplement, consult a doctor.
